Refund Policy

GrowMorph sells one-time films. There is no subscription to cancel.

Window

You can request a refund within 30 days of payment.

Eligible

• The film failed and a retry did not produce a downloadable MP4.
• You were charged twice for the same job.
• You paid and could not start a render because of an error on our side.

Not eligible

• A finished film you have already downloaded, when the file matches the photos and order you confirmed.
• A change of mind after a successful render.
• First Taste, after the one film included in that purchase has been delivered. An unused First Taste purchase can still be refunded inside 30 days.

How to ask

Write from the email on the account and include the order number from Settings, Payments. We reply within 5 business days.
